Welcome to
The 2016 USP <797> Compliance Study

a National Study of Sterile Compounding Practices

The 2016 USP <797> Compliance Study is open now and will continue to remain open throughout the year. We have added a new section to our annual gap analysis tool that will allow you to check your compliance with the recently published USP <800> Standards.  You will now be able to do your gap analysis on just the <797> standard or the <800> standard or both depending on your sterile compounding practice.

We will be collecting data from now through the end of June to use as part of our annual compliance study that we report on. The final results will be published in a Fall issue of Pharmacy Purchasing and Products Magazine. To use the Gap Analysis Tool you can click on the Register button below and use the Survey Code F797A

In this years study we will provide you the opportunity to perform a complete USP <797> & <800> gap analysis or you will have the option to answer just questions related to USP <800> only after you complete the initial demographic and general compounding sections. Either option will provide you with a results summary page as well as a detailed action plan to assist you in your compliance program.

If you haven't read our 2015 Compliance Study report you can click on the following link and read both articles: Are USP <797> Compliance Rates Good Enough?  and to view the results click here The 2015 USP Chapter <797> Compliance Study.
